Family Farm Days
Join us for a fun and educational Family Day at our woods and farm! Meet and pet our friendly animals, explore the trails and woods, and take part in an exciting scavenger hunt across the farm. Along the way, you’ll discover the fascinating worlds of beekeeping, vermi-composting, tree conservation, and more.
After the activities, you’re welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy lunch under our pavilion—or simply relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Come connect, learn, and celebrate fall together on the farm!
School Groups
During a 2-hour guided program, student groups will rotate through staff-led engaging educational stations and enjoy a tractor-pulled trailer ride through the property.
Students will:
- Experience hands-on learning in our woods and on the farm.
- Meet and pet friendly farm animals
- Learn about beekeeping, vermicomposting, tree conservation, and more.
- Parent/Bus parking and seated lunch space is available.
Preschool
During this 2-hour guided farm adventure, small groups of preschoolers will explore nature through age-appropriate, hands-on learning stations and enjoy a tractor-pulled trailer ride around the farm.
Children will:
- Discover and explore in our woods and gardens.
- Meet and gently pet friendly farm animals.
- See and learn how bees, worms, and trees help our world grow.
We make it easy for families and teachers — there’s plenty of parking and a covered area for lunch or snacks next to the woodland playground.
Homeschool
Private tours are available for Homeschoolers and Homeschool Co-ops. Support your curriculum with first-hand, multisensory exposure to agriculture, nature, a variety of animals, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, conservation, and woodlands.
A minimum of 20 paid registrations is required to hold your date.
